These are challenging times for the people of Merced County. With unemployment hovering around 17%, churches, community  based organizations and agencies are all being stretched to record limits reaching out to those that are affected by the economic crisis sweeping across our country.   Many people we talk to at Love INC wonder where is God, or how can He let things get so out of control.

While I don't claim to have the perfect answer for those questions, I do know the correct response, and it is Love, Love in the name of Christ. It is Christians working together to help meet the needs of the poverty stricken, the broken and the lonely.

Through Love INC we empower Christians to meet brothers and sisters in their community and provide them with tools and resources to support them through whatever it is they are going through.

The Scripture says, "Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails." (I Corinthians 13)
